I’ve been a social worker for 24 years and in The church most of my life but found spirituality to heal my soul after experiencing many betrayals and trauma myself.

Make sure you feel comfortable and safe, also make sure authenticity is high on their priorities

For coaching we sign a MNDA, and have other paperwork
