What kind of customers do you work the most?
Our ideal clients are people who are on a journey of personal evolution, healing, and growth. We also work with business owners who are looking to care for their employees on and energetic level. Balancing mind, body and spirit is essential for finding inner harmony and lasting joy. Our clientele represents a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. Are you struggling with chronic physical discomfort or unresolved emotional traumas? Have traditional solutions fallen short of addressing your needs? Do you feel attuned to the subtleties of energy around you? If any of these resonate with you, our services are custom-tailored to meet your specific requirements.
What questions should customers have before talking to professionals about their sessions, classes or services?
It's important to get a feel for a practitioner in learning what kind of person they are. Ask all of the questions it's takes for your to get to know them well enough to feel that they are a good fit. The following are just a few of the suggested questions to ask the practitioner:
1. What are your certifications? What do you specialize in?
2. How long have you been a practitioner?
3. What are your strengths? Weaknesses?
4. What is your experience with (name the thing that your looking for assistance with)?
5. What should I expect when working with you?

The main thing I would suggest is to talk with them and listen to what your gut tells you. We all have gut instincts and so many of us ignore this - your body knows what/who's right for you and if you just pay attention, you will know who the right fit is for you.
What should customers know about your pricing (example: offers, discounts, fees, etc)?
My prices are set, but I do have packages that will give you a nice discount on a few sessions. I also have a 5% discount for first time clients. Lastly, I run specials on different products and services throughout the year and these are sent out in the monthly newsletters so it may be worth while to sign up for you to receive these as well as tips and tricks for mind, body, & spirit wellness.
What is your typical process working with a new client?
I have new clients fill out a short intake form before the session and upon arrival, I answer questions the client has. We will also discuss the needs, concerns & goals of the client in more detail so they can get the most out of their session.
How did you get started doing this kind of spiritual work or modality?
I am grateful to share that I am two time cancer survivor! After my battle with cancer, I embarked on a healing journey after exhausting every conventional medical approach. This quest profoundly transformed my life. If you, like me, have tried various modalities without relief, it's time to embrace a comprehensive, whole-body holistic approach that directly addresses the root of your pain. You have the capacity to achieve Divine health and wholeness in Mind, Body, and Spirit! I learned this first hand, and it became my mission to assist others in their healing.
What kind of advice or recommendation can you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your spiritual field?
The most important thing I would recommend is to talk with the practitiioner about themselves, how long they've been practicing their craft, what to expect from their services, as well as what your needs are. This weill best help you to get a feel for a practitioner and get to know them well enough to feel that they are a good fit for your needs.
What kind of training do you have related to your work?
I'm Certified Usui Reiki Master & Teacher, a Certified Medical Reiki Master, A Certified Sound Therapist, Meditation Teacher, Certified in Self-Hypnosis Meditations.
How do you approach working with clients who may have different spiritual beliefs or practices than you do?
I explain that Reiki is spiritual in nature but differing beliefs are not an issue. Reiki is all about working with the energy of the universe along with to clear blockages within the client's energy, helping them to find balance within the Mind, Body, & Spirit. So no matter what your spiritual beliefs are, balance of the mind, body & spirit is what brings your body back to its original Divine health & wellness so that your body can once again self-correct, the way it was designed to do.
How do you maintain confidentiality and privacy in your work with clients?
I keep notes on each client, their sessions, findings, things discussed, and outcomes. These notes are for me and only me. Any of the things shared with me are in my notes for my benefit so that I can maintatin a plan of action for my clients. I also keep at least a half hour in between appointment times so that no two clients run into one another unless they are both in the same workshop. Also, people in my classes are told that what happens in my classes stays in my classes, and there are no expectations for them to share if they don't feel comfortable in doing so.
What kind of support do you provide to clients after their healing sessions?
While speaking with the client about their needs, what they are feeling, and any information they give to me, I gather information on how I can best assist them. During and after client sessions, I give tips and tricks along with any other pertinent information that could be helpful to them once they leave me. So my clients always leave me with tools to take with them to assist them on their own. I also always check in on how they are feeling the day after so that I am able to further assist if needed. Clients are also always told they can reach out to me any time for further guidance or even if they are needing a bit of energetic help at any point in their day.
