What kind of customers do you work the most?
I have worked with clients from all over the world, by Zoom, from different races, ethnicities, backgrounds, and spiritual beliefs, and in person in Central Illinois. Having a desire to grow and heal is all that is needed.
What questions should customers have before talking to professionals about their sessions, classes or services?
Many questions can be answered in the free Intro Zoom call when we first talk. Clients can consider what their needs are, and ask how our work together can help.
What should customers know about your pricing (example: offers, discounts, fees, etc)?
I keep my pricing more reasonable than some. Discounts are given for packages/groups of appointments, though single appointments are available for most services.
What is your typical process working with a new client?
I ask new clients to answer a few questions online, which allows me to learn more about them, and what they are hoping to receive from their work with me. From there, we can do a free Intro call on Zoom, to get acquainted, and schedule an appointment after that. Everything is 100% confidential, and my systems are HIPAA-compliant (US privacy law).
How did you get started doing this kind of spiritual work or modality?
I shifted into moving into my life's purpose when I started working on my Master's in Counseling. I have always had a calling to help others, and I have always been very intuitive, and sensitive to energy. My Reiki Level 1 and 2 training helped me understand this more. I have been on a spiritual/metaphysical path since 1990, though this has become more focused on Shamanism, as time has gone on.
What kind of training do you have related to your work?
I have a two-year certification as a shamanic practitioner, and continue to study. I have a Master's in Counseling, and many years' experience. I received my Reiki Level 1 and 2 training in 1993, and Reiki Master certification in 2004. I received my certification in Bach Flower Essences in 2008, and Bengston Energy Healing Method® in 2022.
How do you maintain confidentiality and privacy in your work with clients?
Everything is 100% confidential, and all my systems are HIPAA-compliant (US privacy law).
What kind of support do you provide to clients after their healing sessions?
I ask them to keep in touch with me by email, and I will often check back with them after a period of time, to see how they are doing.
