We offer a comprehensive counseling service tailored to individuals seeking our specialized assistance, available via telephone/online or in-person sessions. 

To ensure accessibility, our telephone/online service operates on a donation basis and follows a first-come-first-serve system. 

Your first session is complimentary and lasts up to 15 minutes to accommodate high demand.

Additionally, The Metronome Project operates locally, offering potent in-house counseling sessions led by Neill and Thomas, which include family interventions and existential crises support.

Our mission is to acknowledge and guide the transmutation of our students' dysfunctional traits, habits, and character flaws. Through comprehensive personality development, individuals naturally undergo personal transformation, overcoming dependencies, obsessions, phobias, and despondency.

Situated in the heart of Africa's oldest forest, known as "The Garden of Eden," near Plettenburg Bay, our crisis center provides an immersive environment for growth and healing.

We are currently able to house 6 students for a minimum stay of 5 months. Our next intake is Aug/Sept. 

Tools and techniques we utilize include:

• A transformational process based on the Twelve Steps, providing a serious and effective framework
• Daily lectures covering all facets of personal transformation.
• Daily synchronized physical coordination exercises.
• Individual counseling sessions and personalized development reports.
• Integration of knowledge through Dance & Drumming sessions.
• Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice involving meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises to cultivate vital energy and spiritual balance.
• Basic Farm & Maintenance projects fostering responsibility and group achievements.
