Hi!
I hope this finds you safe and well. I've been practicing mindfulness for more than a dozen years, and it has benefited me in immeasurable ways, not the least of which has been to live a happier, healthier life. I offer both coaching one-on-one and teaching in group classes. Currently I work on Zoom. You can be located anywhere.
Through mindfulness, I learned how to reduce the stress brought upon by everyday events, including COVID-19 and current events. Whether it's work, school, or home, challenges can arise that cloud our minds and cause anxiety. Learning how to handle these stressors can improve our ability to answer them in a calm, reasoned, less emotional way. Not only can it benefit us as individuals, but those around us, helping to enhance our relationships with family, friends and colleagues.
